Rules & Regulations 

 We will cover some basic rules and safety precautions. Please use good judgment before coming to St Albans Sanatorium to ensure the best experience for yourself and others around you.

 

All guests must leave personal items, including backpacks, purses, costumes, props, masks, in vehicles. Exceptions: keys, wallets or small purse, cellphones.

 

St Albans Sanatorium is a 132-year-old property and is not accessible to the handicapped or any persons with health and mobility limitations. Persons with asthma or respiratory problems are advised that fog machines are used in this haunted attraction. Persons with epilepsy or seizure disorders are advised that strobe lights are also used throughout the venue.

 

1. NO SMOKING OR OPEN FLAMES OF ANY KIND, NO EXCEPTION!

Smoking is not permitted in the waiting lines or inside our building. Spit tobacco is not permitted inside the route you will be ask to remove it prior toIf you are seen smoking in the waiting lines you will be asked by security personnel to leave the line. Entering the haunt.

 

 

2. ABSOLUTELY NO LIGHTERS, WEAPONS, KNIVES, OR SHARP OBJECTS are permitted on the premises. All guests will go through a security check with metal detector wands by our security personnel. Items not permitted on the property must be returned to your vehicle.

 

3.DISORDERLY CONDUCT IS NOT ALLOWED
Obnoxious behavior, running inside the haunt route and any other unseemly conduct is not tolerated at St Albans.
You will be asked to leave or removed by our security staff without a refund.
 

 

4.NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL ALLOWED
The possession or consumption of drugs and or alcohol is prohibited on St Albans Property.
If you are found to have drugs and or alcohol at security screening or are found to have these in the waiting line you will be denied entry and ask to leave
the property by security staff.
If you appear to be intoxicated you will be denied entry.
 

 

5. PLEASE DON'T TOUCH THE ACTORS.
We have a strict no touching policy. Please be advised that if you touch any props, special effects, actors or staff while inside St Albans
you will be removed from the route by security staff and ask to leave the property without a refund.
 

 

6. HOLD ON TO YOUR BELONGINGS
You hereby agree that neither St Albans, nor any of its employees and/or volunteers, are not responsible for any lost, stolen and/or damaged property.
We WILL NOT stop the haunted house route to look for lost items.
Any item lost in the route will have to wait until the haunt closes at midnight to be retrieved.
 

 

7. NO FLASHLIGHTS, LASER LIGHTS, CAMERAS OR ILLUMINATION DEVICES ALLOWED
Flashlights, laser lights, cameras and cell phones are strictly forbidden inside the haunted house route.
If you use a flashlight or cell phone inside the haunted house, you will be asked to leave without getting to see the full attraction without a refund.
 

 

8. USE GOOD JUDGEMENT ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK
You should not enter if you are pregnant, suffer from asthma, heart conditions, seizures or any other form of mental disease.
By attending this event, all guests release St Albans Sanatorium, the staff, the owners and the volunteers from all responsibility from claims of harm or
damages.
