Once you have selected your date you will be required to pay the non-refundable security deposit to make your reservation. Once the deposit is received you will receive a welcome email within 48 hours confirming your reservation as well as night of investigation info. If for some reason, there is a conflict with the date you selected the reservation will be canceled and your deposit refunded.

The remaining balance is payable at time of check-in via cash or credit/debit card.

Private bookings cover up to 10 people. Any additional people over the 10 will be a cost of $100 per person and is payable at the door. The maximum group size allowed is 16 people without prior approval from management.
